Shipping

Shipments are dispatched on business days. If the product’s “Availability” indicator is green, it means that it is physically stored in our warehouse.

Orders with standard items (spoilers, grilles, diffusers, fenders, side skirts, lighting, and other accessories & smaller components) are shipped via GLS and DPD courier services. 

Due to their dimensions, oversized shipments (hoods, bumpers, fenders, body kits, exhaust systems, off-road parts) are delivered on pallets using a special, secure transport service by a carrier specializing in automotive parts delivery such as SUUS Logistics or DACHSER.

The tracking number can be found in the e-mail with shipping confirmation. You can track the current status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Please make sure that your address and contact details are correct – the driver may contact the recipient to arrange delivery details.

If no one is present at the specified address, the courier will attempt to deliver again the next business day (unless a different date has been agreed). After two failed attempts, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

How long does shipping usually take?

  • Poland: 1-2 working days (standard items), 1-3 working days (oversized items) 
  • Germany: 2-4 working days (standard items), 2-3 working days (oversized items)
  • Austria,  Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic: 2-4 working days (standard items), 2-5 working days (oversized items)
  • France, Denmark, Netherlands: 2-4 working days (standard items), 3-7 working days (oversized items) 
  • Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Croatia, Belgium, Hungary: 2-4 working days (standard items), 3-6 working days (oversized items)
  • Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Liechtenstein: 3-5 working days (standard items), 4-7 working days (oversized items)
  • Other European countries: 3-7 working days.
