The certificate has the individual part's code on it, and comes with a sticker that should be applied on the product. You can complete the registration with an amtlich anerkannter Sachverständiger (officially recognized expert) based on § 19.2 or § 21 of the Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung (StVZO). You can choose TÜV or other testing organizations such as Dekra, KÜS, or GTÜ.
