The hood and fenders are ready to be wrapped, as they come with a protective primer. The bumper is raw polypropylene - some professionals recommend painting it first for better adhesion and finish, others say it's not necessary.
The TÜV certificate covers the bumper. Since the hood is constructed using the same material as the original one, a certificate may not be required. It is best to confirm the possibility of hood registration with your Inspector (amtlich anerkannter Sachverständiger).
